Refund Policy

By purchasing products from Samplemodeling, you expressly agree to the following terms regarding refunds:

Start of Contract Performance
You acknowledge and agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately after the purchase, prior to the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.

Loss of Right of Withdrawal
You understand and accept that once the contract has been fully performed by FastSpring (our Merchant of Record), you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract. This means that once you have accessed or downloaded the product, no refund will be available.

Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion. If you believe you qualify for a refund due to issues such as technical problems or other valid reasons, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase for further assistance.
